    Modern and luxurious hotel, excellent staff, appreciated amazing location next to many restaurants and shops, beautiful Bahnhofstrasse and the Lucy lights, and the city center where there is a plenty of restaurants' choices. Got a savoury and large breakfast included in our rate. The service was great, the food was great!

    Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the Concierge. Superb location right across the central train station. Thoughtful details in room layouts and amenities. Great value for money considering Zurich is an expensive city.

    Classic Swiss hotel, very efficient faultless management, instant answers and quality staff.

    Classic Swiss Cuisine in the 'La Soupière' restaurant - absolutely diabolical, it is difficult to see how any chef can produce such terrible results with quality ingredients. Nevertheless the staff were excellent and the other diners highly entertaining so in a strange way it was worth the cost!
